Vacant Position: Test Engineers

Qualifications

1. Male or Female
2. Age Requirement: 30 years old and above
3. Educational Attainment: At least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or in Chemical Engineering
4. Work Experience: Applicant must have at least 5 years of related work experience like:
a. IC Testing or Optical Sensor Testing
b. Software development using C++, Linux/UNIX, Python or Lab View
c. Maintenance experience in Tredyne J750, Advance Test 93K or D10, V50
d. In PCB/BGA manufacturing company and in semiconductor companies
e. Experience as a Process Engineer with specialties in Whole Backend Process and with Solder Bump Formation Process



f. Exceptional knowledge on PCB/BGA process flow
g. Technical knowledge on product, process, R&D, and new product development
h. Expert knowledge on creation and implementation of Process Control Plans, FMEA, 8D, 7 QC tools, PDCA, JMP Analysis and DOE.
i. Mastery-level knowledge on Wyko, Solvision, SEM, Cross-section, Tool Maker, FTIR analysis
5. Must be customer-centered, study critical characteristics and create reaction plans for those critical characteristics.
6. Excellent Verbal Skills in English and Filipino.
7. Basic communication skills in Mandarin and Nihonggo.
8. Basic knowledge in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
