Attention Travellers Flora expo in Taichung will be closed on Election day
The Taichung flora expo which is spread across 60.88 hectares of land will be closed during the election day on November 24,2018. This initiative of the government is to ensure that the people working on the flora expo will be given the chance to exercise their right to vote.
All of the 3 venues of the Taichung Flora expo will be shut down announced by Kuo Kun-Ming the Deputy Secretary-General of the Taichung Government and also the CEO of the event.
Officially open last November 03, 2018 Taichung Flora expo has attracted more than 626,180 total visitors in just 10 days of its opening. The numbers of visitors in the expo are expected to rise during the winter Vacation of Schools in Taiwan.
The 2018 flora expo is being held on 3 different places in Taichung the 1st one is on Waipu Park, 2nd is on Fengyuan Huludan Park, And the last one is on Houli Horse Ranch and Forest Park. The said event showcases 2,500 different plant species.
The event will be closed twice the second closure will be one February 4, 2019, During the lunar new year holiday as reported by Focus Taiwan. The event will last until next year until the 24th day of April.
