Physician caught by wife while sexually assaulting a migrant worker
A migrant worker was sexually assaulted by a physician while undergoing an abortion process inside a clinic in Taoyuan's Zhongli District.
The 61-year-old Physician named Lin Chin-Jen was caught by her own wife while sexually assaulting a migrant worker inside his Clinic in Taoyuan. According to the reports Lin gave his patient an excessive dose of Anesthetic before undergoing an abortion process.
On April 30 of last year, Lin was prepared to perform an abortion to his 30-year-old patient. On that same day, his wife began to notice that his husband is giving an excessive dosage of Anesthetics to his patient so her wife began installing hidden cameras inside Lin's Clinic.
Her wife knew that in order to anesthetize the patient you only need to inject 10cc but Lin injected his patient with 13cc of Anesthetics.
During the operation when the patient lost consciousness, Lin asks her to daughter, who works at the facility as a medical attendant, to step out in the operating room. Before starting the abortion process the 61-year-old Physician began on licking the lower part of his patient's body and eventually raped her. Because of the excessive dosage of anesthetic that has been given to her, The patient was numb and did not feel everything that had happened to her.
After the operation, Lin's wife immediately reviewed the footage and witnessed the shocking deed and his husband inside the operating room.
His wife immediately told the Police about the incident. Lin admitted the crime and later confessed that he gave her patient to much dosage of anesthetic to prolong the operation so that he could have enough time to sexually assault the migrant worker.
The Police were able to find the migrant worker and was shocked when they told her that she had been sexually assaulted by his Physician.
Lin is now Charge with Aggravated Forcible Sexual Intercourse by the Prosecutors office in Taoyuan.
While the nationality of the Migrant worker was not been identified.
