OFW Couple from Taiwan Shares Tips on how they manage to achieve thier Dream House

After three years of working in Taiwan as factory workers, a couple finally finished their once impossible dream of having a house of their own.

The couple named Ricky Jay Javate and Sharmaine Fernandez Mamaril had started their dream when they were still jobless and had no savings. After years of teamwork and hard work, they had turned their dream to reality.

They had shared in a social media platform their story to inspire others and to share their journey in achieving their dream.

To those who were asking them how they built their home in just three years, they had provided five tips:




1.      Identify your Goals
Before signing a contract to work abroad, you should have a reason. There should be a return for all the sacrifices you will make such as being apart from your family for too long.

2.      Plan and Budget
Compute how much you will be earning every month then multiply it to the total number of months in your contract. Deduct all of the expenses and other expected cash outflows. The remaining amount should be your total savings. Your goal should not exceed how much you will be earning after deducting all of the expenses from your salary.

3.      Consistency is key.
Be dedicated to your goal. Stay away from unnecessary expenses for gadgets, traveling, and food trips.





4.      Don’t use excuses.
One of the main reasons why people’s goals are not met is their non-ending excuses. If you are a dreamer, there is no room for excuses. Never stop when you are tired. Only stop when you are done accomplishing your goal.

5.      Strong Faith in God
Always pray to the Almighty God. No matter how many milestones we reach in life, it is all because of him.
Never give up whatever the challenges you are encountering. It will all be worth it in the end.

Nagstart din kami sa umpisa Jobless at walang Savings , Pero dahil sa team work at diskarte sa buhay natupad din sa wakas.

Tip #1 - Know your Goals
Before ka pumirma ng contrata papuntang ibang bansa Dapat may Reason ka. Dapat may kapalit ang mga taon na mawalay ka sa piling ng yung mahal na pamilya.

Tip #2 - Planning and Budgeting
Dito sa #2 papasok yung computations .
Sa unang buwan ng sahod mo, Malalaman mo na agad ilan malinis mo every month , Kaltas mo expenses and padala . Yung tira savings a month Times mo sa month ng contrata mo .
Dapat di lalagpas sa maximum ng kayang mong kitain ang Goal mo .Pangarapin lang natin yung kaya ng Income . Kasi kung hindi masasaktan tayo sa Expectation VS Reality .
Mangarap ng simple pero magsumikap ng malaki .You need to have a Target every month .

Tip #3 - Be Consistent
From first to last month ng contrata mo dapat di ka papalya sa Monthly Target . Kung kaya mag titiis mag tiis , Stay away sa mga gala , foodtrip at gadgets . Number one tip "MagTipid"

Tip #4 - No Excuses
Number 1 reason kung bakit di natutupad ang mga gusto natin dahil sa mga excuses.
Excuses are not allowed pag may pangarap ka . Sabi nga nila . Don't stop when your tired , Stop when your Done . hahaha

Tip #5
-Last but not the least Wag makakalimut sa taas . Ano man ang nararating natin sa buhay dahil yun kay Ama . At kung ano man ang bigat na iyong pinagdaraaanan ngaun . Wag susuko.
